Thirty days.
A plan you can see.

Exact page ranges. Room to choose your own pace.

The useful starting point

How can you divide 604 pages across 30 days?

For a Quran copy numbered 1–604, one exact plan is 21 pages on four days and 20 pages on the other 26 days. The schedule below puts the four longer days first. It is an optional reading plan, not a religious requirement; check your own page layout and choose a pace that fits.

Start with the copy you actually read

This example uses Quran text numbered from page 1 through page 604, with both endpoints included. Check the numbering in your own copy or reading app before using the ranges. Do not count a cover, contents page or translation as one of these numbered pages.

Page layouts differ. If your copy has different numbering, calculate from its actual numbered reading range instead. A page target also says nothing about how long a passage will take you to read or understand. Choose a pace that leaves room for your purpose.

Account for the four extra pages

Twenty pages on each of 30 days gives 600 pages. For a 604-page range, four pages remain. One exact allocation is 21 pages on the first four days, then 20 pages on each of the remaining 26 days.

4 × 2126 × 20604 pages

This puts the extra pages near the beginning simply to make the example easy to follow. It is an organizational choice, not a preferred religious sequence or a prescribed daily amount.

Day 4 ends on page 84; day 5 begins on page 85. The final day covers pages 585–604. There are no gaps or repeated pages in this allocation.

If you prefer shorter sittings, divide a day’s range into portions that fit your circumstances. We have not tied the portions to prayer times or presented them as a Sunnah formula.

Recalculate from where you are

Before carrying unfinished pages forward, write down the last page you completed and decide whether your optional target date still fits. You can choose a later date or a smaller reading range. This guide does not require a complete reading in 30 days.

A worked example: if you have completed page 204 and choose to cover pages 205–604 over the next 20 days, the remaining range is 604 − 205 + 1 = 400 pages. That is 20 pages per day. If a page is only partly read, keep a separate verse reference so a page total does not hide where you stopped.

In Sahih al-Bukhari 6465, narrated by Aisha, the report links beloved deeds with regularity and also directs people to stay within their ability. We use that limited reminder here; it does not prescribe this 30-day schedule or promise a particular reward for using it.

Use the plan on paper—or calculate another range

The table is ready to use without an account or an app. For a different number of days or a different starting page through page 604, our free website reading-plan calculator produces whole-page daily ranges. Check its inputs against your copy before relying on the output. It is a website tool, separate from the mobile app.

As another arithmetic example, the same 604 pages over 29 reading days can be divided into 24 days of 21 pages and five days of 20 pages. A chosen number of reading days is a planning input, not a declaration of a month’s length or a community’s Ramadan dates.

Start by checking your page numbering. Then choose one range and a pace you can revisit honestly.
